The hills are alive with the sound of NSW on tour! (August 07, 2008)
Nottingham Symphonic Winds combined ensemble have just returned from a very successful tour of the Austrian Tyrol, where they played to enthusiastic audiences around the region. Concert performances in Going, St Gilgen and Waidring utilised the fantastic facilities of the purpose built bandstands for which the area is well known. In Kaprun, the group played to a capacity audience in the wonderfully atmospheric courtyard of the castle, as part of the series of concerts hosted in the castle grounds.
