NSWO NewsNSWO scores a hit with Grantham school(June 10, 2006) Grantham Journal 12th May
Musicians from Nottingham Symphonic Wind Orchestra performed a special concert for pupils of the National School, Grantham on Saturday 6th May. More than 70 parents, children and teachers attended the Kidsophonic Koncert, conducted by Alistair Parnell.
Deputy headteacher Kay Sutherland said: "It was a wonderful morning concert by a superb orchestra."
"The group of musicians were fantastic...Mr Conductor was brilliant with the children - both children and adults were involved. It was the best Saturday morning I've enjoyed in a long time!" A parent
