ORCHESTRA'S CHARITY MUSIC

Members of Nottingham Symphonic Wind Orchestra are taking a bow after raising nearly £1,800 for local charities.
An event at St John's Church, Long Eaton, for the church and local scout group raised £1,043.
Another cheque for £580 was donated to the RSPCA Animal Shelter at Radcliffe-on-Trent.
Christmas shows at St Giles Church Hall in West Bridgford, and the Albert Hall Kidsophonic generated a further £200 for Macmillan Cancer Care.
The next performance is on Saturday, March 24, at the New Bluecoat Recital Hall at 7.30pm.
